All our diamonds are lab-grown and certified by recognized gemological labs. Our jewelry is made using BIS hallmarked gold in 9K, 14K, or 18K, available in yellow, rose, or white gold.

Custom Orders
Each piece is made-to-order. You can customize everything from design and diamond shape to gold color and engraving. Changes to your order are only accepted within 24 hours of confirmation.

Advance and Payment
A 30 percent advance is required to confirm your order. The remaining 70 percent is payable at delivery or before dispatch.

Production Timelines
Standard production time is 10 to 14 working days. Custom or complex pieces may take longer. Urgent requests can be accommodated depending on availability.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India and internationally. Shipping charges vary by location and are shared at checkout or order confirmation. Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Studio Visits
Visits to our studio are welcome by prior appointment. Please contact us to schedule.

Returns and Exchanges
Since all pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. In case of a manufacturing issue or size concern, we’ll help with necessary adjustments.

Order Modifications
You may request changes within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

Express Orders
Some designs are eligible for priority production and delivery. Share your deadline when placing the order so we can plan accordingly.

Packaging
Gift boxes and personalised message cards are available on request at no extra cost.

Jewelry Care
Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, or moisture. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store in a fabric-lined box.

Redesign and Repurposing
We offer redesign services using your old gold or diamonds. Final approval depends on condition and compatibility of the materials.
