Abhay Dadheech grew up in Bokaro Steel City in Jharkhand, surrounded by a family deeply rooted in enterprise.
His father and grandfather, respected figures in the steel and food industries, passed on to him not only a keen business acumen but also an unshakable commitment to ethics and trust.

From an early age, Abhay was trained within this legacy, imbibing discipline, precision, and a customer first mindset that would later become the foundation of his journey. His formal education in Business Administration from Jain College, Bangalore provided him with structured guidance and sharpened his strategic and managerial abilities, while instilling in him the confidence to create something enduring.

Immediately after graduating, Abhay began working as a diamond buyer for a US based company. This experience offered him valuable exposure to international markets and sparked a profound fascination for the world of jewellery. When the Russia and Ukraine war disrupted supply chains and slowed the manufacturing of natural diamonds, Abhay recognised a turning point. He saw in lab grown diamonds not just a technological advancement but a transformative opportunity for the future of fine jewelery. Although he once considered moving abroad, the promise of a growing market in India inspired him to remain in his own country and explore its potential.

To deepen his understanding, he lived in cities such as Bangalore, Mumbai, and now Surat, absorbing both the culture and the intricacies of the diamond trade at its very heart. In the years following the Covid pandemic, Abhay transitioned from sourcing jewelry to creating it. Guided by a vision to establish a contemporary jewelry house, he set out to unite ethical sourcing with refined craftsmanship and inspired design.

What emerged was not only a brand but a purpose driven movement that blends heritage values with modern elegance. From honoring his family’s legacy of integrity to reimagining the landscape of fine jewelry, Abhay’s journey is defined by vision, resilience, and passion.
