Returns and Cancellation Policy
1. Return / Exchange Window
* You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery (or the date you receive the product).
* After 15 days, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
* For purchases made in-store (if applicable), the return/exchange period is the same (15 days from purchase date).
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. All original packaging, labels, tags, certificates, and accessories must be intact and included.
3. The return request must be accompanied by the original order invoice / proof of purchase.
4. Products that have been modified, sized, engraved, altered, or show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
5. Custom-made or personalized items may be exempt (unless there’s a manufacturing defect).
6. The return / exchange is subject to our inspection. If the item fails inspection, it may be returned to you or rejected.
3. Return Process
1. Request a Return/Exchange
Contact our Customer Support at [your email / phone / chat] within the 15-day window. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
2. Obtain Return Authorization
We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN / RA #) and share instructions and return shipping address. Any item returned without prior authorization may be refused.
1. Ship the Item Back
* Use a secure, well-padded package to prevent damage in transit.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective).
* We strongly recommend using a traceable or insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
1. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo quality inspection. This may take 3–7 business days.
* If approved, we will proceed with refund or dispatch the exchange.
* If the item does not pass inspection, we will notify you and may refuse refund or return it to you at your cost.
4. Refund Terms
* Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
* The original shipping / delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (defective / wrong item).
* In some cases, a restocking fee (or handling fee) might be applicable (for example, retaining ₹1,000 as handling) — this will be clearly disclosed to you.
* Please allow 5–14 business days (or depending on your bank / payment provider) for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchange Terms
* If you request an exchange (for a different size, variant, or product), we will ship the replacement item once we confirm the returned item is eligible.
* If the replacement item is of higher value, you may need to pay the price difference. If it is lower, the difference will be refunded per refund terms.
* In certain cases, we may request you to place a new order for the replacement to ensure availability.
6. Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item
* If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately on receiving the package.
* Provide photos and order details.
* We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases, and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund(including shipping).
8. Cancellations
* You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
* Once an order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed — you must instead use the return process after delivery.
* If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
9. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
* Items on clearance sale / final sale or promotional / discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange (unless defective).
* Customized / personalized pieces may not be returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
* Gift cards, consumables, and items marked “non-returnable” are excluded.
