Every piece of jewelry is made-to-order, crafted specifically for you. As a result, we follow a strict no return and no cancellation policy after the order is confirmed.
Returns
We do not accept returns, as each piece is custom-made. However, if you receive a piece with a genuine manufacturing defect or a size issue, we will assist with necessary corrections or adjustments.
To request a correction, you must inform us within forty-eight hours of receiving your order. Our team will evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that signs of wear, damage due to mishandling, or issues reported after the specified time frame may not qualify for repair or adjustment.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within twenty-four hours of order confirmation. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel the order or refund the advance.
We encourage you to connect with us before placing your order to clarify any doubts regarding design, size, or timeline.
Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within twenty-four hours. After that, modifications may not be possible.
